Our refund approach reflects both Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our commitment to treating every learner fairly.

Self-paced online courses

If, after genuinely participating in a self-paced course, you believe it has not delivered the value described, you may request a refund within 30 days of enrolment.

To assess your request fairly, we may consider factors including:

- your course participation and progress;

- use of the accompanying workbook or learning activities;

- Tekmatix course access records; and

- the reason for your request.

Each request is considered individually and in good faith.

Refunds are not generally available where:

- substantial portions of the course have been accessed or completed;

- course materials have been extensively downloaded or used; or

- the request falls outside the 30-day period,

unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Live programs, coaching services, consulting engagements and group sessions are subject to any specific cancellation terms published for those services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
